Julian Wesch

Julian Wesch is a seasoned professional in industrial development with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as Director of Industrial Development EMEA at Marelli since April 2018, Julian has also held positions such as Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing a temporary plant closure and production transfer, and Head of Pre-Production Technologies, focusing on injection molding, tools, metallization, and coating. Previous roles include Manager of Tooling Europe South at ARC Tooling Technology and head of the project department at EDS International, complemented by experience as a Technical Project Manager at Novotec Imp. Exp. Co., Ltd. Julian began a career in engineering with a Bachelor’s degree from Berufsakademie Stuttgart and has valuable experience from earlier roles at Alfred Karcher GmbH & Co. KG, where responsibilities included development engineering and supplier liaison in China, as well as a brief stint at Daimler as an assembly line worker.
