Lev Tsarev is currently the Lead Mechanical Design Engineer in Exterior Lighting at Marelli, where they develop RFQs and assist in pre-development projects for various OEMs. Previously, they worked as a Product Engineer for Exterior Lighting at Flex-N-Gate from 2016 to 2023, where they created test plans, resolved customer issues, and implemented engineering changes. Lev also has experience in high-performance liquid chromatography, having held roles as Head Lab Operator and Lab Assistant at Avogen USA, where they conducted research for drugs undergoing clinical trials. Lev holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
