Luca Pasqui

Luca Pasqui is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of NAFTA & LATAM and Vice President of the Propulsion Solutions Business Unit at Marelli, Luca oversees profit and loss for multiple manufacturing plants and an R&D center across Brazil, Mexico, and the USA. Previous roles include leadership positions at Automotive Lighting, Comau, and Ferrari, where responsibilities ranged from transformation initiatives and project management to significant infrastructure development. Luca's career began in project management and engineering, with foundational roles at GE Oil & Gas and Foster Wheeler Italiana. Luca holds a Master's degree in Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Post Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Michigan-Flint.
