Marcin Rychta has extensive experience in supplier quality management within the automotive industry, currently serving as Director of Global Supplier Quality for the Interior Experience Division at Marelli since November 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing supplier quality for North Americas and managing the Shock Absorbers Division. Prior to Marelli, Marcin held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Hutchinson from December 2007 to June 2012 and served as Manager in the Quality Department at TRW Steering Systems Poland from May 2005 to November 2007. Marcin Rychta holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Commodity from Lodz University of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies at the University of Bielsko-Biala.
