Marco Gian

Marco Gian is an accomplished leader in supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Head of Material Management and S&OP at Marelli, where they manage a global team across nine countries to enhance the end-to-end supply chain. Prior to this role, Marco held several positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including Material Planning Manager and Site Planning Manager, where they led teams to optimize material planning and logistics. They also contributed to Magneti Marelli as the Global Direct Materials Manager, focusing on improving management processes through SAP optimization. Marco holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Project Management from Università Carlo Cattaneo.
