Marco Romeo is an experienced professional in supply chain management and planning, currently serving as the Head of Planning & S&OP at Marelli since May 2014. In this role, Marco manages a team of five and has led the successful implementation of a new S&OP software, enhancing cross-functional cooperation and improving planning adherence significantly. Previously, Marco held the position of Integrated Demand Planning Manager, where the implementation of S&OP processes across the global Marelli Group resulted in substantial cost savings.
