Marek Fryda

Marek Fryda has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Marek currently works at Marelli as the Head of R&D Engineering Tools and Methodologies/System Engineering Team Manager. In this role, they manage the department team, provides technical leadership, mentors and trains team members, and oversees hiring processes. Marek also has experience in business development as a Manager at SNECI. Prior to that, Marek worked at IBS Poland as a Department Manager, Design and Training Department, PLM Team Leader, and Design Engineer. Marek also gained experience as a Design Engineer at Cadelan Sp. z o.o. and as a PLM Solutions Specialist at KS Automotive. Marek started their career as a Design Engineer at Autorobot-Strefa Sp. z o.o.

Marek Fryda completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanics and the Mechanical Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology in the years 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they attended Technische Universität Dresden for a course on Werkzeugmaschinen und Steuerungstechnik. Marek Fryda has also obtained certifications in Introduction to project management - classic and Agile approaches and Risk management from NobleProg Polska, with the year of completion being 2023.
