Marius Dascalu

Marius Dascalu is currently a Section Manager at Marelli, where they lead a multicultural team of over 20 testers across Cluj and Bangalore, focusing on automotive lighting projects and achieving A-SPICE Level 2 certification. Previously, Marius served as Team Leader and QA Engineer at Softing, and as a Test Engineer at Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions, where they developed test programs and conducted root cause analyses. Marius also held roles at Continental and Bernini Design Srl, where they managed testing activities and engineered electronic systems. Marius earned a Master’s degree in Design of Advanced VLSI Circuits and a Bachelor’s in Microelectronics, Optoelectronic, and Nanotechnologies from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology in Iasi.
