Mark Soetje

Mark Soetje is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing operations and engineering management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Multi Plant Manufacturing Operations Senior Director at Marelli since April 2019, Mark oversees five plants across three states, managing manufacturing, quality, and operations. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at Calsonic Kansei, including Plant Manager, where oversight included a workforce of approximately 460 in a three-shift operation, and multiple positions focused on process engineering and manufacturing directives. Mark's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's degree in Technology from Purdue University.
