Massimo Addis

Massimo Addis is a seasoned professional in electric motor prototyping and Lean management, with ten years of experience at Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing Italy SpA. Previously, Massimo held various engineering roles at Marelli, where responsibilities included the definition of specifications and project management for electric motor assembly and testing. Currently, Massimo serves as the head of the Electric Motor Prototyping Department, overseeing a team of 23 and managing project budgets and timelines. Massimo earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna and is registered with the Order of Engineers in Bologna.
