Mauro Colla

Mauro Colla is a Tooling Manager at Automotive Lighting, where they have been managing and controlling the EU/Project Tool Coordinator team since 2007. They focus on continuous improvement in technical competence for headlamps and rear lamps components, along with overseeing mold trials and supporting production plants with tooling issues. Previously, Mauro held tooling management positions at Valeo and Lear Corporation, and began their career as a tool shop manager at STL s.r.l. They hold a high school diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Internazionale Technical Institute.
