Mirko Bott

Mirko Bott is the Global Maintenance, Facilities, and Energy Manager at Magneti Marelli, a position held since 2018. They joined the Gruppo Campari in 2013, working as a Maintenance Coordinator and Audit Manager for European plants until 2018. Mirko has a strong background in lean manufacturing and Kaizen management from their four years of experience at Iveco Astra and Iveco SpA, where they supported World Class Manufacturing initiatives. They also have prior experience in equipment and facilities management, along with a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
