Monica Ramirez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and organizational psychology. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ByVA since 2019, Ramirez also holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at HELLA Automotive since 2017 and has been the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Automotive Lighting since 2014.
