Nate Sladek

Nate Sladek serves as Vice President of ELS Strategy and Product Management at Marelli since December 2022, overseeing global business unit strategy and product management for the Electronics Systems division. Prior experience includes Strategy Director for Lear Corporation's New Strategic Initiatives Group, where product strategies were completed for new market entries, and a Director role for Low Voltage Electronics Product Management leading a team focused on body electronics and telematics. Earlier positions encompass various roles at Lear and Owens Corning, with significant contributions to strategy development, market assessments, and product planning. Nate holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s from the United States Air Force Academy. Military experience includes project management and systems engineering roles in the U.S. Air Force.
