Ortinau Helmut boasts over three decades of experience in the automotive industry, primarily focused on lighting development and engineering management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Automotive Lighting since October 1999, Ortinau oversees concept releases for new projects in research and development. Previously, Ortinau held various titles within the same company, including Director Program Management for the European region and VP Engineering responsible for North American lighting developments. Prior experience includes a tenure at Robert Bosch GmbH, where Ortinau acted as Team Leader in Mechanical Design and Project Engineer for headlamp and lamp designs. Ortinau holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Reutlingen University and studied at Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara.
