Plazio Adriano

Plazio Adriano is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in BMS and inverter mechanics design, having recently worked as a team leader at Marelli, managing teams in Italy and Romania. In this role, Plazio oversaw the design of connections and interconnections modules, park locks, and conducted structural and thermal CAE simulations. Previous experience includes serving as the R&D connector leader at Marelli, focusing on the selection and definition of connections for ECU and TCU applications, which involved collaboration with suppliers in China and India.
