Rafael Quer Luque

Rafael Quer Luque is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process, capex, and manufacturing engineering management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Process, Capex, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Magneti Marelli since September 2011, Rafael has successfully led teams in technological design and industrialization initiatives, focusing on organizational mindset changes to achieve project goals. Previous roles at Magneti Marelli include Tooling & Toolshop Plant Manager, Pre Production Manager, Metallization Manager, and Sales Manager for the Lighting Division. Prior to this, Rafael held project management positions at Sisteplant and AKsys Insonit, specializing in Lean Management and interdepartmental coordination for automotive projects. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from EAE Business School and advanced degrees in engineering from Northumbria University and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
