Raj Dhillon

Raj Dhillon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in global benefits, travel, and expense management, currently serving as Director at Marelli since January 2015. In this role, Raj has held multiple leadership positions, including Director-CoE for the North America Region and has expertise in compensation and benefits, HRIS systems, organization management, and travel management. Prior to joining Marelli, Raj gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager at NYX Inc. from October 1999 to January 2015. Raj holds a Masters of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, all from the University of Windsor.
