Reyna Enriquez has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Change Management and Capex Coordinator at Marelli since March 2015, focusing on costing new projects and overseeing the technical specifications for new assembly line development. Before this role, Reyna worked as a Cost Engineer at Lear Corporation from October 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included creating business case analyses for new products. Additionally, Reyna spent seven years at Automotive Lighting as a Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in molding, coating, metallizing, and assembly processes, while also coordinating engineering changes and costing new projects. Reyna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez.
