Ridamar Santos

Ridamar Santos has extensive experience in Human Resources, having held various leadership positions since 2005 across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global HR Learning & Development Manager and PMO at Marelli, Ridamar oversees HR processes for the industrial plant in Goiana and leads Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in South America. Previous roles include coordinating HR operations for BRF and managing HR subsystems at Emplal and Brasil Foods. Ridamar's educational background includes a degree in Psychology from Uniceub, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and professional coaching training from the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching.
