Rob Carman

Rob Carman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in thermal solutions and heat exchange system design. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Marelli since May 2019, Rob leads the North American Thermal Solutions engineering team, collaborating closely with various departments to align product development with customer specifications. Prior to Marelli, Rob spent 15 years at Calsonic Kansei Corporation, where roles included Design Engineering Manager and Engineering Supervisor, focusing on heat exchange and powertrain cooling design. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Glamorgan.
