Romeo Moreno

Romeo Moreno is an experienced professional with a robust background in HR and business services management. Currently serving as the Global Business Services Americas Lead at Marelli since April 2020, Romeo oversees HR and payroll, purchasing, supply chain management, and treasury services across multiple countries in the Americas. Previously, Romeo held the role of HR SSC Americas Director, leading operations for 20,000 employees and participating in the development of Marelli’s target operating model. Prior to Marelli, Romeo spent nearly two decades at CEMEX, where roles included Global Process Owner for HR & Payroll, managing the evolution of HR operations and implementing global systems. Additional experiences include project management in HR for Europe and contributions as a systems consultant at GE Power. Romeo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a finance specialty from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
