Stefano Pantaleoni is an experienced professional in engine calibration and methodologies. Currently serving as the Application Tools & Methodologies Team Leader at Marelli since March 2015, Stefano leads the development of automation tools for calibration processes, including safety calibration and validation tools. Prior to this role, Stefano worked as a Base Engine Calibration Engineer at Marelli, focusing on data analysis and tool development, and as a Diesel Application Engineer at Magneti Marelli S.p.A., where responsibilities included diesel engine calibration and dataset management. Stefano's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Internal Combustion Engines from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Enrico Fermi.
