Steffen Bail

Steffen Bail, PMP, serves as Vice President & Global Head of Project Management at Marelli since February 2021, where responsibilities include initiating and setting program goals aligned with organizational strategic objectives and directing program operations for the Electronic Systems Division's PMO globally. Prior to this role, Steffen held various leadership positions at Faurecia from December 2012 to January 2021, including Senior Programs Director and Customer Business Unit Director, managing program operations and driving business performance. Steffen’s career in project management and operations began at Johnson Controls, where multiple roles spanned from Program Manager to Production Manager over a 16-year period. Educational qualifications include a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and Executive Education programs from IESE Business School and London Business School.
