Sue Liu has extensive experience in human resources and billing management, with a career spanning over 18 years in prominent companies. At IBM, Sue served as a Billing Manager in Q2C Operations from August 2016 to January 2020, focusing on accurate billing for clients in Japan and overseeing employee performance and process improvements. Prior to this role, Sue was an HR Delivery Manager in Global Process Services, managing various HR processes for Japan from June 2008 to July 2016. Sue began the professional journey as a Senior Business Process Analyst at HP, specializing in contract and quotation management from August 2003 to June 2008. Currently, Sue holds the position of HR SSC Senior Payroll Manager for the APAC region at Marelli, where responsibilities include payroll management and process improvement.
