Swapnil Rastogi possesses extensive experience in energy management and operational excellence within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Utility, Facility, and Marelli Manufacturing System at Marelli since June 2014, Rastogi has led the establishment of the Energy Management department at the corporate level and has implemented energy strategies across all 11 plants of Magneti Marelli India, ensuring sustainable development. Prior to this role, Rastogi worked at Mahindra & Mahindra as an Energy Manager, where responsibilities included enhancing plant energy efficiency and generating top management MIS reports. Rastogi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from GEC, Rewa, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and completed HSC at Govt School No. 1, Chhatarpur, from 1986 to 1989.
