Terry Long

Terry Long, MBA, PMP, is a Senior Project and Program Management professional with extensive international leadership experience in the Automotive and Electronics manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Project Management Office at Marelli, Terry leads a team in developing global PMO policies and training initiatives that have significantly increased project management adoption across various automotive projects. Previously, they held key roles at Johnson Controls, where they managed substantial budgets and directed cross-functional teams to achieve significant product launch goals. Terry’s educational background includes an MBA in Operations, Finance, and Information Systems from Wichita State University.
