Zhu Andrew

Zhu Andrew is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in component engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Component Engineering at Marelli since June 2022, Zhu previously held key positions at HARMAN International as Senior Manager of Component Engineering, leading the development of a comprehensive component library for automotive electronics. Zhu's extensive experience includes managing global teams at Aptiv and Delphi, overseeing component engineering competencies across multiple countries, and successfully training and establishing engineering teams in China. Earlier roles included significant engineering contributions at Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries and The 20th China Metallurgical Construction Corporation, culminating in a solid foundation in electrical and electronics engineering, backed by a Bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
