Victor Chang

Victor Chang has extensive experience in various roles in supply chain management, project management, and manufacturing engineering. Victor currently holds the position of Director of Supply Chain at Marena since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager Planning at Marena from February 2021 to August 2022, and as a Senior Project Manager from April 2020 to February 2021. Before joining Marena, Victor worked as a Senior Project Manager at Exenta from March 2019 to March 2020. Victor also founded their own company called Renward Logistics LLC from 2018 to 2020. Victor has additional experience as a Senior Advisory Consultant at Crowe from 2018 to 2019, and as a Manufacturing Business Consultant at Lectra from 2014 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer II - R&D at Ricoh Americas Corporation from April 2013 to August 2014, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at American Air Filter from 2009 to 2013.

Victor Chang holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Victor further pursued their education at the same university, earning a Masters of Science in Operations Management. In April of 2018, Victor also obtained a Project Management Graduate Certificate from the University of Arkansas. Additionally, they attained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in the same month and year.
