Aimee Li

Aimee Li currently serves as the Head of Change & Transformation Risk at Marex, where responsibilities include overseeing various risk management initiatives since October 2022. Prior roles at Marex include Risk Project Manager and Change Risk and Assurance Specialist, alongside a brief tenure as Global Change Manager (ad interim). In addition to professional experience, Aimee serves as a School Governor at Stepney Park Primary School from November 2021 to July 2025. Prior to Marex, Aimee worked at UBS from August 2017 to September 2022, progressing from EMEA COO Graduate Analyst to Associate Director in Business Risk Management. Additional roles at UBS include Authorised Officer and Summer Intern. Aimee began a career in education as a Primary & Secondary School Tutor at The Tutor Trust from November 2013 to July 2017. Aimee holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from The University of Manchester, earned in 2017.
