Previously, Anna served as the HR Business Partnering & Resourcing Deputy Director at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), where they led a team to establish a high-performing HR structure. With a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University, Anna is passionate about driving change and innovation to create inclusive and high-performing teams. Their prior roles also include significant contributions at the Department for Work and Pensions and various leadership positions at Octopus Investments.
