Dan Rowett

Dan Rowett is a COO and Business Transformation Leader with extensive experience in global financial services. They began their career as an auditor at Deloitte Zimbabwe before progressing through various significant roles at HSBC, where they led multiple Finance Change Delivery departments, focusing on regulatory changes and strategic initiatives. Currently, Rowett serves as the Head of Finance Change at Marex. Dan is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Cape Town and has completed an Honours degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa.
