Gareth Williams

Gareth Williams is currently the Head of Capital Markets Compliance at Marex, overseeing the Marex Liquid business group, which includes a range of financial instruments. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at Lloyds TSB Bank plc and held various roles in compliance and regulatory management, including Programme Manager for EMEA Regulatory Change at Wells Fargo and Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority. Gareth also led compliance efforts as Head of Trading Venue Compliance at TP ICAP and worked as a Senior Programme/Project Manager at ICAP. They earned a B.Eng & Com in Manufacturing Engineering and Business Studies from the University of Birmingham.
