Hai Tran is a legal professional with over 20 years of experience in financial markets, having worked with global firms such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, Barclays Bank, Standard Chartered, Vanguard Investments, and National Australia Bank. They recently served as General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance at Climate Impact X, where they implemented the legal and regulatory compliance framework for voluntary carbon credits trading platforms. Currently, Hai is the Head of Legal for APAC at Marex. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Adelaide.
