Henry Arnold

Henry Arnold, FCA, currently serves as Executive Director of Finance Change at Marex since 2023. Previously, significant roles included Vice President of Equities Product Controller and Executive Director for various finance change initiatives at Morgan Stanley, from 2010 to 2016, where leadership achievements involved optimizing P&L processes and enhancing governance structures across multiple divisions. Earlier experience includes serving as an Auditor in the Financial Services Group at Deloitte, and as an Equities Product Controller at Deutsche Bank, where notable successes included addressing P&L discrepancies in the Hong Kong division. Henry Arnold holds a Master of Chemistry from the University of Oxford and qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Fellow from ICAEW.
