Jo Woods

Jo Woods is currently the Head of Counterparty Risk & Stress Testing at Marex and has previously held significant roles at LCH and Credit Suisse, where they were appointed interim Chief Risk Officer as part of a Brexit strategy. With experience in credit risk analytics and quantitative risk management, they built a comprehensive risk management framework for a start-up asset management firm. Jo has a strong academic background, pursuing an MSc in Banking & Finance from Middlesex University and a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, alongside a postgraduate diploma in Music from the Royal Northern College of Music. They have also engaged in independent studies focused on climate risk and financial crime, earning multiple professional development certificates.
