Laura Stern is an experienced executive and Board Director with over 25 years in the renewables and financing industries. They led a $1 billion solar company from inception to monetization and are skilled in organizational management, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and renewable energy financing. Currently, Laura serves as the Head of US Tax Credits at Marex and remains a member of the Board of Directors for SOLV Energy and the Solar Energy Industries Association, where they hold the position of Vice Chair. Laura co-founded Nautilus Solar Energy, where they served as CEO, focusing on creating sustainable solar solutions for underserved communities. They hold a BA with honors from Harvard College and an MA in International Economics from The Johns Hopkins University - SAIS.
