Lee Harding

Lee Harding is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various capacities, including UX Designer at Assemble Digital and Visual Designer at Marex. They founded and directed a full-service design consultancy, where they worked across diverse industries such as architecture, healthcare, and finance. Lee holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Graphic Communications from the University of Northampton and has contributed to multiple design initiatives that advocate for user-centered strategies and accessibility. Currently, they serve as the Head of Design and Head of Creative Strategy in the City of London.
