Lindsay Young is a strategic and commercial CFO and Transformation leader with extensive international experience in organizations undergoing significant reorganization and restructuring. They served as Asia Pacific CFO at RBS from 2013 to 2017, where they managed finance functions across multiple locations and oversaw substantial cost reductions and stakeholder management during transformational projects. In addition to prior roles at Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and ABN AMRO, Lindsay is currently the Head of Change & Integration at Marex, leading operations and onboarding in a rapidly expanding global environment. Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
