Matthew Loft

Matthew Loft is an experienced executive in business technology and project management, currently serving as Head of Business Technology - Executive Director at Marex since March 2025. Previously, Matthew was Director of Project Management at SteelEye, where the role involved establishing the company's first global Project Management Office and facilitating the management of various projects across multiple regions. As Director of Operations and COO at Kaizen MAR360, Matthew successfully prepared the firm for a 2023 acquisition, enhancing client retention and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes senior roles at CME Group, QBE Insurance, Lancashire Insurance Group, Celoxica, Schneider Trading Associates Limited, and AIB, where responsibilities spanned operations, project management, and IT services.
