Nick Duke is currently the Managing Director and Global Head of Surveillance at Marex, a position held since 2025. After years of consulting in the financial services sector, Nick specialized in compliance and market abuse surveillance starting in 2011, ultimately leading to the role of US Head of Surveillance in New York. They returned to the UK in 2019 to oversee the global surveillance team’s response to regulatory agreements, managing a large team across multiple functions. Prior to Marex, Nick held positions at Behavox and HSBC, focusing on compliance risk and regulatory remediation. Nick earned a BSc Honours in Information Systems from Rhodes University.
