Nimisha Bansal is a seasoned professional in the FinTech sector with nearly two decades of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Marex since 2025, Nimisha has held various pivotal roles at ION, including Senior Product Manager and Business Testing Head, where they contributed significantly to the development of the XTP post-trade solution. Nimisha began their career as a Business Test Analyst at ION, gaining expertise in capital markets and customer requirements. They earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology in 2007.
