Parag Mehta

Parag Mehta, CFA, is the Head of Capital Planning at Marex, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Head of Regulatory Reporting & Business Area Control at Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd from 2020 to 2025, where they managed regulatory risk teams and led significant regulatory transitions. Parag began their career as a Regulatory Analyst at Bear Stearns and held various positions in regulatory risk across prominent financial institutions, including UBS Investment Bank and VTB Capital. They hold a CFA designation and completed their education at City University Business School, achieving a first-class degree.
