Stephanie Weiss is the CEO of a Securities Based Swap Dealer and Head of U.S. Treasury at Marex, where they provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Treasury group. With over 20 years of experience in Treasury across various global financial institutions, they have held leadership roles that focus on optimizing liquidity and enhancing operational efficiency. Stephanie has demonstrated expertise in unsecured funding, liquidity management, and process improvement, previously serving as a Managing Director at Mizuho Securities USA and in senior roles at UBS, CIBC, and Fortis Bank. They hold a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University at Albany and an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
