Vicki Andreadis

Vicki Andreadis serves as the General Counsel for the Americas at Marex since August 2025. Prior to this role, Vicki was the General Counsel at BHI from July 2021 to August 2025 and held the position of Senior Counsel at RBC Capital Markets from October 2019 to July 2021. Vicki's extensive experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Jefferies LLC from July 2012 to October 2019, and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Investor Protection Bureau at the New York Attorney General's Office from May 2008 to July 2012. Vicki began a legal career as a Litigation Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from September 2002 to May 2008. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School (1998-2002) and a Bachelor of Arts in political science and psychology from Barnard College (1993-1997).
