Wike Kaiser is a seasoned risk management professional with 20 years of diverse experience in financial crimes risk management, financial dispute investigations, and operational risk management. Wike's career began with the U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC) and has progressed through roles at international financial institutions and consulting firms. Currently, Wike serves as the Global Head of Sanctions at Marex, and has held senior positions at Wells Fargo, Citi, and Alvarez & Marsal. Wike's expertise includes overseeing OFAC/sanctions compliance, managing regulatory changes, and conducting complex investigations while fostering relationships with clients and regulators. Wike holds a BA in Economics from American University.
