Marfire was launched with a singular vision in mind: to help our clients achieve their goals.

We provide a top-tier, high-touch service from a specialized team with institutional backgrounds in law, tax, accounting, and finance.

We’re here to help, and we’d love to hear about your fund, protocol, or project!

Directorship Services
In the web3 and asset management environments, both investors and users are increasingly expecting to see independent, non-executive directors sitting on the boards of their funds, DAOs/foundations, or OpCo’s.

Consulting
You may be looking for someone to partner with and navigate you through unchartered territory. This may not necessarily be legal counsel or a director, but rather someone who has a deep understanding of the legal, regulatory and compliance space. Someone who can act as a soundboard for your ideas and provide guidance on how best to implement solutions. That’s when we can help.

We can work side-by-side with you in a consulting arrangement as you are implementing your Web3 based solutions.

DAO Services
Autonomous provides outsourced services for DAOs who want to achieve maximum decentralization for their projects. It provides a top-tier, high-touch service, performed by a team of crypto-native professionals with institutional experience.
