Ryan Johnson's work experience includes various roles in the hospitality industry. Ryan started their career at Spago Beverly Hills as a Manager, where they focused on overseeing the venue's service program, including staff interviews, scheduling, training, and linen management. After that, they worked as a General Manager at Fork in the Road, LLC, where they successfully rebranded the restaurant, evaluated employee performance, and analyzed food and labor costs. Ryan then joined Native as an Assistant General Manager, where they were involved in opening the restaurant, developing a service program from scratch, and managing service execution and special events.
