Marga Bouts has extensive experience in the field of occupational consultancy, beginning as a Consulent Activering at Cadans Bedrijfsvereniging voor Gezondheidszorg en Detailhandel from January 1990 to December 2000. Following this role, Marga held various positions at Margolin, including Manager Arbeidsdeskundigen Zuid Nederland, Directeur Margolin Oost-Nederland, and Arbeidsdeskundige/Teamleider Zuid Nederland from February 2015 to January 2025.
