The savory snack bites that are Margot’s Morsels are made with authentic San Francisco sourdough bread. This heavenly organic bread, combined with the freshest natural seasonings is what gives Margot's Morsels their addictively delicious taste.

Margot’s husband Milt, took up bread baking as a hobby over 15 years ago, perfecting his sourdough bread to what it is today. Imagine being at the beginning of a pandemic and having more bread than one can give away, which led to the creation of a new category of snacks. 

Margot turned that bread, along with other organic ingredients, into the perfect time to introduce a new healthy, delicious, unbelievably crunchy snack food that could be eaten by the handful, dipped, crumbled atop salads, soups, fish, and vegetables.  And, why stop there, next was the creation of flavorful crunchy bread crumbs, ready to add to all kinds of recipes.  

Our morsels are baked, not fried to perfection in an artisanal, small-batch, handmade method that is packed with crunchy, delicious flavor. They are amazingly healthy.
